She has over 20 years of experience working within the public sector.

Deborah is a dedicated mother of two, and her personal journey has been deeply shaped by her youngest child’s early arrival, autism diagnosis with speech delay, and more recently, an ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) diagnosis. Navigating these challenges first-hand led Deborah to discover Sheffield Parent Carer Forum.
