  • Information session: Sleep

    • This information session will be delivered by a member of our Peer Support Team. It will consist of a presentation on sleep and strategies to support children and young people with Autism who struggle with their sleep. This will be followed by plenty of time for discussion and peer support around this subject.

      There is no charge for the session and no diagnosis is required.

      Please note, this session is not suitable for children.
