This group is for parents of young people aged 14-25 years with SEND.
The meeting will be attended by Rachel Mason, a consultant and parent carer who has developed a 24:7 grid www.247grid.com for preparation for adulthood which the Local Authority want to roll out across Sheffield. We will also be joined by an officer from Sheffield City Council.
We are a friendly group and there will be time to chat and swap information with other parents. No need to book, but let us know if you can’t attend in person and would like to join via Zoom.
