Transition subgroup meeting

• A group for parents of young people aged 14-25 years with SEND. At this meeting we will focus on SEND provision at The Sheffield College. You will be able to speak to a member of staff from the college and ask questions.

  We are a friendly group and there will be time to chat and swap information with other parents. No need to book, but let us know if you can’t attend in person and would like to join via Zoom. We look forward to seeing you there!
