Transition subgroup meeting

• This group is for parents of young people aged 14-25 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities. This meeting will have a focus on employment support, and we’ll be joined by representatives from the DWP and Opportunity Sheffield to learn more about the support they offer. We are a friendly group and there will be time to chat and swap information with other parents. No need to book, just turn up.
