Transition subgroup meeting (Dec)

• For parents of young people aged 14-25 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities. At this meeting, we’ll be joined by a representative from The Sheffield College who will be able to answer questions from parents.

  We are a friendly group and there will be time to chat and swap information with other parents.

  No need to book, just turn up.
