Two exciting opportunities have arisen within our Peer Support Service. We are looking to appoint new Peer Support Workers to the following posts:
- 10 hour permanent contract
- 35 hour temporary contract – this post will run until 31 March 2025 in the first instance, with the option of extension (subject to funding)
The temporary post can be offered as a full time or part-time post depending on the needs of applicants. We are a flexible employer willing to discuss working hours and working patterns with individual candidates.
Peer support workers work with parents and carers to give information, advice and support, empowering them to access services and reduce isolation. This includes telephone support, virtual and face-to-face appointments, and drop-in sessions in local communities. Group sessions will also be delivered as part of the service.
To apply, please download the documents below and email the completed forms to email@example.com by 3pm on Monday 5 February 2024.
