Do you want to know how anxiety can affect children and young people who are neurodivergent? We will explain how anxiety can present itself and why this may be happening. We will introduce and discuss strategies and tools that you may find useful to help reduce anxiety, and help you understand how your child may be feeling at home, at school and in social situations. There will be plenty of time for discussion and peer support.

This is an open meeting, all welcome! We’ll hear a report from the chair, (re)elect our trustees, and review the annual accounts.

Please book your place so we can make sure we’ve got enough chairs and biscuits.

Drop-in coffee morning with bookable one-to-one consultations with a professional (to be confirmed) running alongside it.

Consultations must be pre-booked, but you can join the general coffee morning at any time.

We will explore sensory needs and introduce practical strategies to support your child or young person. A member of the NHS Sensory Service will come along.

Thanks to funding from Gripple Ltd., we’ll be showing two films (titles tbc) without trailers and with the lights dimmed, the sound reduced and a separate room for relaxation during the screening. Free refreshments will be served before the film.
