      • We have been working with Sheffield City Council to co-produce a Transitions Guide for parents of young people with SEND aged 13-25 years. Find out what should happen at each stage of your young person’s journey into adulthood, what opportunities are available to them, and where to find help and support.

      • Neurodiversity training resource pack (2021)

      • This resource pack was co-produced by Sheffield Parent Carer Forum, Sheffield City Council and Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group to accompany training for early years professionals to help identify, support and signpost families of young children with neurodisabilities in Sheffield.

      • State of Sheffield 2023

      • Almost 500 parents carers responded to this survey, which investigated the impact of caring for a child with SEND on the whole family. It also compared current levels of parental satisfaction with local services with data gathered before the pandemic, in 2014 and 2019.

      • Our State of Sheffield 2019 survey collected the views of over 700 parent carers on local services and the impact of caring for a disabled child on the whole family. It repeated many of the questions from our 2014 questionnaire.
