Our office is staffed Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 3pm. We aim to respond to messages within two working days.
- We log all enquiries we receive and report general themes and trends to the local authority and the NHS. Our reports do not include any information that would allow individuals to be identified. Please see our Privacy Notice for more information.
- We are unable to provide casework, but we will attempt to signpost you to other organisations which may be able to help.
