• We are looking for individuals who have made a real difference for parents of disabled children and young people in Sheffield – whether through their paid work, or through volunteer efforts.

  If you know someone who fits this description, please nominate them for our David Woodhouse Community Award. The chosen recipient will be presented with a trophy, a cheque for £250 and vouchers for a spa experience and a meal (or an alternative treat of their choice).
