Information session: Neurodivegence and anxiety (17 July)

Do you have a child suffering with anxiety? Come along and get information on how anxiety can affect children and young people who are neurodivergent. We will explain how anxiety can present itself and why this may be happening. We will introduce and discuss strategies and tools that you may find useful to help reduce anxiety, and help you understand how your child may be feeling at home, at school and in social situations.

Join our friendly support group for parents and carers of children with Autism, ADHD, or other disabilities. We meet every Monday in term time. Enjoy a relaxed space to take a break, have a cuppa, and chat. Join in as much or as little as you like.
No need to book! Please come to reception on arrival and you will be directed to the group.

August Session Special – We will have access to the playground which is secure—feel free to bring your child or young person along!
Do you identify as disabled, neurodivergent, or diagnosed SEND? Do you feel different, isolated, or struggle to relate to others while parenting? Come and meet like-minded parents and carers. Talk if you want, listen if you don’t.
Enjoy tea, biscuits, peer support, advice, and gentle signposting to services that work for you. Parenting while disabled or SEND can feel confusing and lonely.
