• We are looking for individuals who have made a real difference for parent carers of disabled children and young people in Sheffield – whether through their paid work, or through volunteering.

  If you know someone who fits this description, please nominate them for our David Woodhouse Community Award. The award winner will receive a trophy, a cheque for £250 and vouchers for a spa experience and a meal (or an alternative treat of their choice).
