• Sheffield City Council is consulting on the creation of additional primary and secondary school places in the northeast and southwest areas of the city, where significant population growth means more school places are needed over the next few years.   We feel that the consultation proposals fail to take account of the needs of learners with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
