Now recruiting: Peer Support Worker
4th September 2024
-
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Peer Support Service. We are looking to appoint a new Peer Support Worker for a 20-hour, 1-year temporary contract from October 2024.
Peer support workers work with parent carers to give information, advice and support, empowering them to access services and reduce isolation. This includes telephone support, virtual and face-to-face appointments, and drop-in sessions in local communities. Group sessions will also be delivered as part of the service.
We are a flexible employer willing to discuss working hours and working patterns with individual candidates.
