• We have worked with Sheffield City Council, health and social care services and other partners to create a guide for parents of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) aged 13+. It is packed full of useful, up-to-date information about children’s transition to post-16 education and adult health and social care services. You can download it from the Local Offer website.

  The guide is now also available in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Czech, Persian, Polish, Punjabi, Slovak, Somali, Ukranian and Urdu. You can download these language versions as PDF files using the link above. However, please note that the translations were created using Google Translate rather than a professional translator, so there are bound to be some inaccuracies!
