We are recruiting a Peer Support Service Manager!

  • Due to our current manager retiring, we are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to continue to develop and run our busy Peer Support Service for parent carers of children aged 0-25 years with special educational needs and disabilities.  The role is part time (20 hours per week).

    The ideal candidate will need to work flexibly and demonstrate the ability to manage the fast-paced demands of the service, along with line managing, supporting and developing a team of skilled Peer Support Workers. You will need to be able to work under pressure to meet the needs of the service, along with maintaining and building relationships with key organisations and services in Sheffield.

    Timescales: The closing date for applications is Friday 28 February 2025. Shortlisting will be carried out on Tuesday 4 March, and interviews will take place on Wednesday 12 March.
