We use many traditional consultation methods, such as questionnaires and focus groups, to find out what parents think about the services their children receive.
We also engage with parents through more informal events, like our coffee mornings, family events and outreach visits to schools and other settings.
Hundreds of families contact us every year through social media and by calling or emailing our office. We log every item of feedback we receive and report any emerging themes and trends to the local authority and the health service.
